MyWave.ai Launches Innovation Hub 3.0: One Governed Agent, for Every System of Record, That Anyone Can Build

NEW YORK — MyWave.ai (www.mywave.ai), the governed agentic AI platform for the enterprise, today announced the launch of the MyWave Innovation Hub™ 3.0, a release that reverses the direction the agentic AI market has been racing in: instead of helping enterprises deploy more agents, 3.0 means they will never need a fleet of agents at all.
The launch of MyWave Innovation Hub 3.0 reflects a growing problem with agentic AI: agent fleet management. Gartner expects the average large enterprise to be running more than 150,000 AI agents by 2028, up from fewer than 15 in 2025, and reports that only 13% of organizations are confident in their agent governance (Gartner, April 2026). SAP has called AI agent sprawl a board-level issue, noting that fewer than half of companies can even list the agents they are running (SAP News Center, August 2026).
With Innovation Hub 3.0, MyWave customers run one intelligent agent that carries the organization's full library of business skills and decides at runtime how each case should be handled. Capability grows by adding a skill just like an employee would, not by deploying another agent. However large the automation footprint becomes, there is still one agent to inventory, one policy to change, and one trail to audit.

What's New in 3.0
The release rests on three changes:
One governed agent, many skills. A skill is one job the agent knows how to do, such as clearing an invoice exception or onboarding a supplier. Everything a customer builds becomes capability inside one agent, under one policy and one audit trail.
The Supervisor agent. Before any response reaches a user, the Supervisor checks it against the policy the customer wrote in conversational language. The check is deterministic: it enforces the written rules exactly, the same way every time, and runs outside the model rather than being a second model's opinion. Gartner defined this category, guardian agents, in its first Market Guide in February 2026; MyWave's is the deterministic one.
Conversational creation from 27 industry ontologies. The people closest to a process create, test, and refine agents by talking to MyWave Create™ in conversational language. Generation starts at over 80% complete, drawing on encoded knowledge of how each of 27 industries actually runs its processes. Customers have built working agents in a single hands-on workshop session.
3.0 also introduces deterministic workflows for processes that must run identically every time, executing on the same platform and under the same governance as the autonomous agent, with all four of Gartner's agent autonomy tiers configurable process by process.
